We save what you send on this website, with a few technical details, and email it all to the studio so we can reply.

The technical details are your IP address, your browser and the page you sent it from. The email goes through Resend, an email delivery service. On this website, anyone with an administrator or editor account can read what you send, and nobody can edit it. The copy stored on this website is not deleted automatically. An administrator can delete it. Deleting it does not delete the email. Your IP address also counts toward a limit of 5 sends a minute, to stop the form from being flooded. That count is kept in the server’s memory.

After you send the brief

  1. The reply: a price, a call, or why it isn’t a fit

    We review your project brief. Within 3 working days of receiving it, we reply with a price from the published list, a call to scope a custom build followed by a written proposal within 5 working days of the call, or an explanation of why your project isn’t a fit for us. The project’s schedule starts only when you sign: kickoff and brief come within 3 working days of signing.

  2. The direction comes before the build

    First design concepts within 10 working days of kickoff. What you write in this form is what that kickoff works from.

  3. Then it gets designed and built

    Design and build within 20 working days of direction sign-off, then launch within 10 working days of final approval. All four deadlines, and what starts each one, are on the services page.
