A brand people recognize, and a website your team can run.
The identity and the website are designed as one piece of work, and the site is built so your team can update it without a developer. Three packages have a fixed scope and a published price; larger custom builds are priced after a call.
Brand identity
Logo, colors, typefaces and a short guide.
Website
Up to 8 pages, built in code, edited by your team.
Brand identity and website
Both packages, with the identity designed first.
Custom build
Larger sites: product information, connected tools, more than one language.
Packages
Each package can be bought on its own. Larger projects are a custom build, below.
Brand
- A logo — the primary version plus the variations you need: horizontal, stacked, icon.
- Files for print, web, and social use.
- A defined color palette.
- Typefaces, chosen for your brand.
- A short guide to how it goes together, so whoever you hire next stays consistent.
Website
- Up to 8 pages, designed and built; more than 8 is a Custom build.
- An admin panel where you change words, images and the order of sections yourself.
- A written title and description on every page, plus a sitemap.
- If we replace a site you already have, its existing addresses are redirected to the new pages.
Brand + Website
- Everything in the Brand package.
- Everything in the Website package.
Payment is in thirds, as set out under How a project runs. Changes after launch are priced before the work starts.

Custom builds
For established companies whose website has more to carry: product ranges and specifications, technical documents, several audiences or languages, and a team that keeps it current. We scope it with you on a call, then price it in a written proposal within 5 working days of the call. Payment is in thirds of the proposal’s price.
- Product information organized so customers find what applies to them.
- Technical content and documents your team can update without a developer.
- Content moved from your current site, with its addresses redirected.
- The tools you already use, connected: CRM, booking, email marketing.
- More than one language.
- Built in code on Next.js, with a Payload admin set up around how your team works.
In every build, whatever you buy
Custom design and custom code
Each site is designed for the business it serves and built in code, so new pages and features can be added later without starting over.
Tested on a phone
Before launch, each page is tested on a phone against Google’s Core Web Vitals thresholds.
Your team edits it
Words, images and the order of sections are edited in a Payload admin panel, without a developer.
Structured for search
A written title and description on every page, a sitemap, and structured data about your business, so search engines and AI tools can read the site. Whether they index, rank or quote it is up to them.
Checked for accessibility
Before launch, each page is checked against WCAG 2.2 AA, including color contrast, keyboard use and labels for screen readers.
Yours to keep
Your content and your brand files are yours. What you own in the code is set out in your contract.
How a project runs
Four commitments, each with a named start, so you can hold us to them and see what has to happen at your end to keep things moving.
If we are going to miss a date we have published — one of these four, a written proposal within 5 working days of the call, a retainer date below, or a reply — you hear it from us before the date passes, not after, with a new date and the reason.
Payment is in thirds: one third at booking, one third when you sign off the direction, one third at launch. Booking and signing are the same moment: when you sign, the first third is due and the schedule below starts. Each payment is one third of your package’s price, or of your proposal’s price for a Custom build. The thirds exist so neither side is ever far ahead of the other.
Kickoff and brief — within 3 working days of signing
Your part: the first installment is due at booking, and you give us a time for the kickoff.
First design concepts — within 10 working days of kickoff
This is the design direction (the look the whole project follows). Your part: the material agreed at kickoff (words, images, logins) reaches us inside that window.
Design and build — within 20 working days of direction sign-off
Your part: the second installment is due at sign-off, and feedback comes back in a single consolidated pass. Our revisions land within 5 working days of that feedback — one consolidated round is included, and further rounds are priced before they start. Anything beyond a revision round, like new scope or a redesign, is quoted before the work happens.
Final approval and launch — within 10 working days of final approval
Your part: final approval is given in writing, and the last installment is due at launch.
Monthly content retainers
Three levels of one service. What changes between them is how much of the content process we run — not how much content you get.
What every level covers
Up to eight planned pieces a month, about two a week: short-form video, Reels, graphics and carousels. Professional filming and photography are not included.
Turnaround times
The month’s plan lands within 3 working days of the start of each month — and in the first month, within 3 working days of the retainer starting. Each finished piece comes back within 5 working days of you sending what it needs, and on Content Review, our notes come back within 2 working days of you sending the work.
Terms
Retainers run month to month — 30 days’ notice ends one, and there is no minimum term.
Platforms
The platforms are yours to choose, and we agree on them with you at the start — Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube are the usual ones, and that list is not a limit.
Content Production and Publishing
- Your part:
- You supply the raw footage, and record voiceovers when a piece needs one.
- You take part in planning the month.
- You approve every piece before we publish it.
Content Production
- Your part:
- You film or photograph the raw content, and record voiceovers when a piece needs one.
- You review and approve the finished work.
- You schedule and publish the posts.
Content Review
- Your part:
- You research the ideas, film, write, edit and design the content.
- You write the captions and make the revisions we recommend.
- You schedule and publish the posts.
Questions
What does it cost?
Brand is $3,500. Website is $6,500, for up to 8 pages. Brand + Website is $9,000, $1,000 less than buying them separately. A build the three packages don’t cover is a Custom build: we scope it with you on a call, then price it in a written proposal within 5 working days of the call. Content retainers are $600, $1,200 or $1,500 a month.
Can we buy the brand first and the website later?
Yes. Book the website within three months of the brand finishing and it still counts as Brand + Website: you pay the $9,000 bundle price less what you have already paid, as a credit, not a refund. The balance is paid in the website’s usual thirds.
What if that’s more than we can spend?
We take scope off the project until the published price of what is left matches your budget. In practice that usually means one of the two smaller packages: the brand alone, or the website alone, each a complete purchase at its published price. If your budget sits below the smallest package, we will say so.
What is in every build, whatever we buy?
Every site is built in code on Next.js, with a Payload admin panel your team can use to update the site. Every build includes: custom design and custom code, so new pages and features can be added later without starting over; a check against WCAG 2.2 AA before launch, including color contrast, keyboard use and labels for screen readers; a test on a phone against Google’s Core Web Vitals thresholds before launch; a written title and description on every page, a sitemap (the file search engines use to find your pages) and structured data about your business, so search engines and AI tools can read the site (whether they index, rank or quote it is up to them); and, if we are replacing a site you already have, its existing addresses redirected to the new pages. These are part of how the site is built, so they are not a line on the price list. We do not sell ongoing advertising or guaranteed leads.
How long does it take?
There are four deadlines, each counted from a named event: kickoff and brief within 3 working days of signing; first design concepts within 10 working days of kickoff; design and build within 20 working days of direction sign-off; launch within 10 working days of final approval. They are promises we are held to, not averages of past projects, and each one needs something from you to stay on time. How a project runs, on this page, says what that is, and what happens if we are going to miss one. If you need the work faster than this schedule, we are not the right studio for it.
What happens when we need something changed after launch?
You ask, and the change is priced before the work starts, so you know what it costs before you agree to it.
Can we change things ourselves?
Yes. Words, images and the order of the sections on a page are yours to change from an admin panel, without us and without a developer. What still needs us is a new page or a new section, and each is priced before the work starts.
We already have a website. Do we start over?
Not always, and it is not something to assume from the outside. What decides it is whether the site you have can be changed without paying a developer every time, and what keeping it would cost you against replacing it. Send us the address and we will look at it and tell you which of the two it is.
What happens if we stop working together?
Your content and your brand files are yours. What you own in the code, and what is handed over if we stop working together, is set out in your contract.
What if you’re not around?
Everal is two people, a designer and an engineer, and that is the honest risk in hiring a studio this size. Here is how it is handled: the site is built on Payload, which other developers can pick up, and what is handed over is set out in your contract. Where we bring somebody else in on a project, we say so in advance.
Tell us what you’re building.
The reply to your brief is a price from the list above, a call to scope a custom build followed by a written proposal within 5 working days of the call, or an explanation of why your project isn’t a fit for us.
